What should I bring on move-in day?
- Photo ID for proof of identity
Check-in will be located in the clubhouse, and directional signage
and staff will be on hand to direct you where to go.

The following furniture, as it is all provided: Sofa

- Coffee Table
- Full Size Mattress with Bed Frame

- Night Stand
What should I do before move-in day?
Rent and conservice should be taken care of before you move in.
You will owe a full installment of rent on August 1st, which will
cover your August installment. Your next installment will be due on
September 1st, and then on the FIRST of each month after that.
Rental payments can be made with a personal check, cashier’s check,
and money order. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. You can mail in your check
or money order. You also have the option of paying online with a
credit card or electronic check through our
Resident Portal.
You will owe an annual fee of $55 for the Conservice billing
service fee. This fee will be due on August 1st with your first
month’s rent. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. You can mail in your check or
money order. You also have the option of paying online with a
credit card or electronic check through our
Resident Portal.
