submitted by  - |Recommended: NoMold build up , ac breaking , roaches , Lights outside doesn’t work at night on the building, silverfishes, can’t play music or record videos for career purposes, dirty and the list goes on WAIT I forgot the gates breaks everyday , the security harassment even with a key and sticker this is the worst place to stay at

submitted by Brooke W. - |Recommended: NoRoommates are allowed to do drugs in the apartment, have significant others live with them and throw parties, beat each other up, and bang on your door and threaten to hurt you Management will not do anything for months and use fair housing laws as an excuse even though you're living in your car because it is safer than the apartment all while refusing to compensate you. Everything is always broken and takes months for anything to be fixed. My upstairs neighbor's toilet water was draining into my apartment for months before it was fixed. Health code violation much You're lucky to receive a response from management, but if you do it is an automated message that they send everyone. Hopefully at some point they will replace management with people who actually care about their residents living conditions and not make excuses as to why it takes 4 months to kick someone out who is routinely violating the lease and why it takes 3 months to fix basic plumbing.

submitted by Kyara W. - |Recommended: YesBeyond Happy Thank you Marcus and Louis for the great customer service — I have been living at The Pavilion for a little over 2 years now and I have to say that they have definitely stepped it up. I have had a few issues from them, specifically from maintenance. I also, had a recent problem where I had specific requests upon signing for my third lease. I have talked to the associates in the office and called them multiple times and they said that everything was going to be handled. I kept looking at my assigned future unit on the website and my requests were still not met. I was trying to room with a friend and we both had different apartment buildings. We was finally given a unit together which was way in the back, which would have made it hard for us to walk to the bus stop for class. I called The Pavilion today and received a email from one of the associates in the office. I believe his name was Marcus. He was great and very helpful. He gave me the email of Louis. I emailed him about our situation and he called me right away and fixed the problem
submitted by Leslie M. - |Recommended: NoSave yourself — Seriously don't live here Managers are jerks and never hear what we the renters have to say because we're just renting and have no voice People just keep popping by unexpected with a key entering you apartment, management makes you cage board your pets for weeks Seriously weeks from 9-6 Monday-friday for inspection. I have lived in alot of apartmens and this one is by far the absolute worst one I say this in all honesty move somewhere else please

submitted by Kimberly B. - |Recommended: NoWhere is the place to ever live — Not only do they take about let’s say five months to fix the toilet that’s been broken since I’ve moved in has it now just gotten fixed. On top of that they come in whenever they please into your apartment there is no notifications and when they do use it out notifications of inspection is about a week ahead when and early is it state that they have to at least give us a 24 hour notice that they will be doing inspections on our apartment and they come in whenever they would like don’t care if you head to the door not just walk right in. I have had other people that are friends of me that I live in Pavilion as well and they have the worst experience that they ever had my friend their front door is still broken they have not repaired the d not only do they take about let’s say five months to fix the toilet that’s been broken since I’ve moved in has it now just gotten fixed.
